RAG Members elected Congratulations to David Jones, John Maiden and Andrew Murray on their election to Hunstanton Town Council. A big thank you to those of you who voted. A reminder that the Borough elections are early next year and we would like, if we get the candidates, to get some representation there. Controversial Plans withdrawn The plans for the controversial flats in Seagate Road have been withdrawn in light of very recent responses from English Heritage and Inspire East. The part played by members of RAG was noted. MP visits controversial site in Hunstanton West Norfolk MP, Henry Bellingham, visited the former Kit Kat site in Seagate Rd, Hunstanton to add his weight to the group of residents concerned about the proposed plans for building a block of flats on the site. The concern of the residents about the development was that not only were they too tall, rising to a height of 20 meters, they were not in keeping with style of architecture in Hunstanton and would be a tremendous blot on the Hunstanton seafront.
